Crafty Days #8

As I promised to you in some previous post, I'll share the pics and some stories from the first event I've joined. That was an amazing event for craft and handmade enthusiasts like me! There a lot (did I say a lot? I mean LOTS!) of cool and stunning handmade goods sold in the craft bazaar. Not only craft bazaar, Crafty Days #8 also held some handmade workshop for kids and adults, craftpreneur group discussion, and music performance.

I shared the booth with my friend, Rere and Gina from Kanigara (they sells some pouch and pillow from illustration-printed fabric) and my best-friend Achie from BloeiHandmade (she sells necklaces and bracelets from fabric scraps).

That was Achie and I set up our booth. And this is part of my product display on the first day. Quite a lot if I may say :)

Our booth was located in first line on the left wing of the building. There were 10 booths on this section, and here are some of them..

And screen-printed pillow and plywood coaster by Maken Living.

a weekend walk

I found this beautiful place when Bara and I were went out on the weekend about a couple months ago. We're just drive towards the highlands area almost an hour from my house. Then we found this elongated path with tall pine trees on its both sides. There were only a few houses around that area, which make this path very calm and serene. Also fresh because surrounded by pine trees. I thought this place was proprietary, because it has high fence on the front but it wasn't locked . So we parked our car outside the fence and got into that place. Then we took a walk followed the path, just to stretched our legs, took a deep fresh breath and of course, some photograph :)

It's always nice to go to new places and found such a wonderful place to explore or simply to enjoyed. How was your weekend, guys? I hope you have a great one :)

I found this alarm clock while helping my mom clean out the attic of our house last weekend. I remember my dad bought this clock when I was in kindergarten. At that time, I really love pandas. I also remember he once bought me a little panda doll.
I really enjoyed seeing that panda's body moves when the clock was ticking. That was so cute. But unfortunately that clock was broken. It only ticking when I shake it  :(
Anyway, hope you enjoy your weekend, guys! I enjoyed mine with a cup of tea and some cookies :)

I do really need to relaxing :(  Away from work, doing what i like, such like crafting, drink coffee while blogging in the afternoon, shopping or even just take a walk in the afternoon.

But I prefer to be freedom, just doing what I like, at least  for the moment :)

cucumber + lime fresh soup

Hello there! Happy Saturday and Happy September from Indonesia :)

It's 29°C outside. Quite hot for chilly town like Bandung. So I decide to make something fresh to drink. This fresh soup is my choice because it's easy to serve. Here's the recipe...

Cucumber + Lime Fresh Soup

1 medium size cucumber, shaved smooth

juice of 1 medium lime

1 tbsp sugar or simple syrup

1 cup cold water

lime slices

ice cube

Mix shaved-cucumber, lime juice and sugar in a bowl. Add cold water and stir until the sugar dissolved. Add lime slices and ice cube. Serve and enjoy!

A few weeks ago, my boyfriend and I decided to visit the forest park in my town at the weekend.  It was a very fun time we had. Even though we just walk around and take some photos to try out my new camera :) Then at the next day we both went to the cinema to watch Ice Age 4. What a funny movie!
